Cons

• Low resolution and bitrate caps
• Irrelevant for modern HD workflows

Caveats

• 3GP enforces mobile-era limits on resolution and bitrate. HD FLV sources will be downscaled. Use 3GP only when a target device explicitly requires it.
• FLV sources may use obsolete codecs or odd frame sizes. Verify aspect ratio after conversion - legacy pixel aspect ratios can look stretched.
